Acacia
_Name: Acacia
Age: (5th/6th gen)
Breed: Border Collie/ Husky/ Great Dane/ Aussie
Gender: Female
Status: Wild
Parents: Jezebel and Blaire
Siblings: Ash, Heath, Day-Lily, Foxglove, Everlasting, and Basil
Mate: No one yet
Pups: none
Personality: Perky, preppy, optimistic, and fun-loving, Acacia has the mind of a small puppy in a grown female's body, which is of course lucky for males looking for an intense fling, but a bit tiresome on the rest of her friends and family as they deal with her childish quirks and boundless energy. She loves teasing her siblings (though she always means well and is VERY loyal to them, in Ash's case to the point of idolization), and enjoys life to the fullest at all times--in short, it takes a LOT to get this girl down, and if she ever does become saddened, it is quite a task to bring back her sunshine-y demeanor.
Likes: small/cute things, nice weather, bad weather, good gossip, her mom/dad/whole family, her nieces and nephews...most things she can find a reason to like.
Dislikes: being restricted, being alone (especially deep in the scary woods), "super-sad" things
History: Acacia grew up in a home, but unlike most dogs she was born and raised in the wild--her home. With six healthy siblings, she had to share her parent’s attention, although if she does say so herself, she managed to be the center of it for the most part.
As Acacia grew, most of her siblings left the family, leaving only herself and a few of her other siblings with their parents. Though Acacia still had her two sisters--Ash and Everlasting--and a brother, Heath, to keep her occupied, the den had still grown lonesome. Acacia did become rather bored, yet her attempts at hunting, the only "safe" reason to leave the den in Blaire's eyes, proved her to be a lousy tracker and an even worse ambusher. She stayed home with her mother, Jezebel, for the most part, but occasionally she would become very stir-crazy and beg to go "hunting" with Ash.
In her second winter, something exciting finally did happen--Ash and Everlasting found another dog in the woods, close to death. They brought him home and nursed him, and Acacia became interested in him, purely out of curiosity; What was he? Where did he come from? Why did he look so different from her family and "other" wolves? She would badger him incessantly, and eventually Blaire had to bar her from bothering him with her yammering while he was recovering from his wounds.
Unfortunately for Acacia, the new arrival would not be much company for her, and in fact would fully absorb the attentions of her two sisters. Although Everlasting and Ash both spent unnecessary amounts of time with the dog--Porter--, Acacia noticed in particular that Ash was sweet on the "studly" guy, and she tried to get them together as much as she could.
However, her other long-gone sister, Day Lily, arrived the spring after that hard winter, surprisingly pregnant and already mated with a native wolf, Oshea. Acacia was thrilled with this, yet the rest of her family seemed unusually tense...It wasn't until a few days later, when the tag-along brothers of the wolf caused quite a stir. Acacia was never quite aware of the full scope of the outburst, but as far as she knew, because if the brothers, Oshea and Day Lily were unwillingly separated by Blaire, while Porter and Everlasting had been paired up. As for Oshea's two intriguing brothers, they disappeared before Acacia had a chance to introduce herself.
